How to Get Us Your 2022 Tax Documents:
Upload your tax documents to our secure client portal, Intuit Link. If you did not use the portal last year, but would like to do so this year, please reach out to the office and one of our staff members will send you an invitation.
If you submit tax documents to us through our secure client portal, please use PDF versions of any documents. Photos of documents are not always compatible with our system.
Do not email your tax documents or any other items containing your Social Security Number to us.
Unable To Go Digital?
Drop your documents off at our Eatontown Office, conveniently located at 234 Industrial Way West, Building A, Suite 100, Eatontown, NJ 07724. Call ahead to ensure that a staff member is on site. Tax Season hours are Monday-Thursday 9-7, Friday 9-5, and Saturday 9-4.
Mail your documents to the Eatontown office. We urge you to send documents with a carrier that provides tracking capabilities.

The Process:
Once we have received your tax documents, we will begin preparing your tax return. After the return has been prepared, our staff will contact you. Zoom video or teleconference meetings with the accountant handling your return will be available. In-person meetings will be available in certain circumstances.
You will have the option to receive a digital copy of your return and authorize electronic filing through our secure tax software. Or, if you prefer, a hard copy can be mailed to you or picked up from our office.
To have your tax return completed by April 18th, all tax documents must be submitted to us no later than March 15th. If we need to file an extension, we can do so electronically.
Paying Our Fees:
In order for us to file your tax return, our invoice must be paid in full. Payment options are as follows:
