Welcome to Bernicker, Eiger and Lang’s (BEL) first monthly blog.  Although one might expect the topic of our first blog to be about taxes, instead it is going to be a bit more personal.  I would like to share with you what it is like to be a member of the BEL team.  BEL is a small modern firm that not only supports working moms and single parents but some say, was in fact, built around them.   BEL continuously sets a positive culture within the firm. Healthcare plans, 401(k) and flexible hours are just some of the benefits of being an employee at BEL.  BEL promotes team building on a daily basis as well as strong support in the balance of family and work life. As such, mutual respect and loyalty is prevalent amongst all.  Although our next blog may very well be more pragmatic, we hope that when you visit us during the upcoming tax season, you have a better understanding of the camaraderie of the team that is working hard to ensure all of our clients receive the best possible service!
